If it isn't working for you it's because you didn't install it properly, or chose the wrong options when opening the Tech2win application. This absolutely DOES WORK on a 64 bit windows computer and it provides every feature GM's official Tech2win diagnostic App performs. So I have to say a HUGE thank you to Damian M.'s review on here. My only complaint is there are literally 0 instructions provided on how to install or use it. Essentially it takes the place of a $1000 GM MDI1 interface and provides the software you need to make it work.
